In 2016, the Award Winning First Lego League team Gearheadz Robotics Team advanced to the First Robotics Competition (FRC) level and affiliated with the Tesla Science Center at Wardenclyffe in Shoreham, New York. The team was also privileged to gain the support of North Atlantic Industries (NAI), which is sponsoring the GearHeadz with substantial financial backing as a Gold Sponsor. The GearHeadz First Robotics Competiton Team is now seeking donations to support the next phase in their robotics work. The team needs to raise a minimum of $15,000 to purchase the equipment and advance into the FIRST Robotics Challenge. Please consider a donation to support the kids!
